ADL400
3 phase multifunction energy meter.
The ADL400 is a 3 phase DIN rail mounted multi function energy meter. Comprising high accuracy reading capabilities along with an industry leading sample rate for data collection. The ADL400 also features built in memory for recording a multitude of readings.

Installation Diagram
The ADL400 is most commonly connected via current transformer, although can be direct connected for currents not exceeding 80 amps. Voltage readings are taken via direc connection to the voltage supply. It is recommended to house the ADL400 next to the energy supply breaker, however Caetus can supply and calibrate long length current transformers to suit all configurations.


Communication Diagram
The ADL400, along with other modbus enabled multifunction energy meters, are designed to be reliable networked back to the Energy Management system. Caetus recommends the use of 2 core twisted pair shielded cable instead of standard ethernet cable to ensure clean communication without interferences.
Energy Management Platform
With our industry leading IoT Energy Management System, each instance of ADL installation can be assigned a unique ID. This ensure all reading from each individual meter can be recorded and catalogued against each machine using your own references, for example machine type, make, model, location, etc… for easy analysis and benchmarking.
